1A. What is an Internet Streaming Course?
Answer: Our Course is a video/audio stream which comes through the internet to your computer, very similar to the air waves on a television but much like a down load stream ( it is not a download). The Course is presented with the same atmosphere as in a classroom you have Class Lectures, Board Drawings and Power Point Presentations and Stories to help you remember the information to pass your state exam..

3. Recommended Requirements for our Internet Streaming Course:
Answer: Recommended for IBM Compatible Computers with windows media 9 or 10 or 11 higher with all the codecs installed, a Pentium 2 or higher computer with a 900mhz processor or better, Operating system must be Microsoft - 98se, ME, 2000, 2000 pro or XP and XP pro or Vista. NOTE: your DSL, Cable or Fiber connection must be a a minimum of 150kbps steady down stream or for low band a 56K dialup will work if you downstream is a steady 44kbps if your computer is a Pentium 3 900mhz processor or better. (PLEASE CHECK your speeds) When you logon check the box with the appropriate speed for your downstream.
4. After I sign up for the Internet Streaming Course what happens?
Answer: When you sign up for the Real Estate Principles and Exam Preparation Course for ONLINE viewing, you will receive: Your Logon user name and Password, A Real Estate Principles Book (this is your Reference) and a Exam Preparation Book to follow along with the Streaming Video. You will also have access to download over 2000 Exam (State Exam Type questions with explained answers) and access to download our Exam Preparation Glossary. These are the tools to pass the State Exam. We also offer a Exam Prep in CD-ROM format for $65.00. 5. How long does it take to complete a home study course?
Answer: The Dept of Real Estate (DRE) requires 18 days from the date of registration before you are required to complete a final exam on a statutory course. (which means the 18 days start when you have the courses in hand) (You have up to a year to complete the course)
6. What is the time frame for the Internet Streaming Exam Preparation?
Note: The Exam Preparation Internet Streaming portion purchased separately must be completed 18 days from receipt of materials. If you have purchased the exam prep with the 3 required courses the required time is 90 Days. You may also add time increments of 10 days for $69.95 .(must be within 1 week of end of 18 days) This makes it possible for you complete the course quickly and take your final exam, And have all the update information for you to STUDY and Apply to the DRE, to take and PASS your State Exam!
7. When do I receive my Certificate of Completion?
Answer: NOTE: Effective Oct 2007 you will have to complete 3 required courses before you APPLY for your exam date. (Click Here to see 3 course specials)
8. How long does it take to get my State Exam date to take my test?
Answer: NOTE: " Oct 1st 2007 you will have to be enrolled in 3 classes before applying for the exam. The DRE will not give you your license unless you have completed all 3 courses and submitted all 3 certificates with your application.
8. After I signup for the ONLINE Salesperson or Broker Prep Course what happens?
Answer: When you sign up for a Exam Prep Course for ONLINE viewing, you will receive: Your Logon user name and Password.. You will receive this by UPS/DHL within 2-3 business days along with a workbook that follows the presentation and instructions to follow..
